About Daniel R. Weis

Daniel specializes in corporate transactions, tax structuring, commercial real estate and land use, as well as corporate and tax compliance. He graduated from Whittier Law School with a concentration in business and corporate law where he graduated with honors as a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Board. Driven by the desire to better serve his corporate clients and advance his understanding of tax free corporate transactions, he achieved an advanced law degree, LL.M. in taxation from Boston University, School of Law, a top 5 program.

He began his career as a business civil litigator; however, he soon realized his natural talent for corporate and real estate related transactional work in which he has honed his expertise for the past eight years. Many of Daniel's clients include healthcare organizations, tech startups and social media brands, product design manufacturers, real estate developers, and small to medium sized business owners.
